On August 5, 2017, the Camden Lions Club, Rockland/ South Thomaston Lions Club and Mid- Coast Leo's marched in the 70th Lobster Festival Parade in Rockland.  We are very honored that one of our Mid Coast Leo's members, Kelsie Merrill, was a 2017 Sea Princess. Both clubs marched with 100th Centennial banners commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Lion's Club International.

Sponsor CHRHS Hockey

The Camden Lions Club donated $1,000 to the Camden Hills Windjammer Ice Hockey Program at their December 5, 2017  meeting. Standing alongside his grandfather Lion Tom Christie, Cameron Christie, #8 for the Windjammers, spoke to the Lions about the hockey teams’ needs and accepted the Lions’ donation from King Lion Bob Oxton. The donation goes to support the hefty cost of ice time for the team, and the Lions wish the team well in their 2017/18 season.
