Camden Lions Supporting Meals on Wheels
Camden Lions donated $1,000 to support Knox County Meals on Wheels. The program annually serves roughly 30,000 meals a year and must fundraise that vast majority of funding required to keep the program going.

Sorting donated glasses and other items from local collection stations
The Camden Lions crew Frank Carr, Mike Castle and Jerry Stone are shown here sorting 1,187 glasses, 60 cell phones, 3 hearing aids, and 2 boxes of lenses. Several times a year these items are joined by similar Lions clubs' contributions from all over the USA and forwarded to Lions International, to help vision needs all over the world.

Men and Women volunteers serving their community by meeting humanitarian needs locally and internationally; encouraging peace and understanding through a network of Lions network of 200 countries working together; Camden Lions have dinner meetings on the first and third Tuesdays each month. You are welcome to attend a dinner meeting as our guest

Scholarships, a proud service we Camden Lions provide annually for our local Camden Regional High School students.
Here you see Christy and Steve Dodd with their son Tyler. Tyler is one of eight 2018 students receiving a $1000. Lions Scholarship Award. Tyler currently works for Fisher Industries in Rockland after recently graduating from the New England School of Metal Work.
